2009 - 2010 Tryout Information
All players, including current club members, must tryout. To register your child for tryouts, please complete the following steps:

Pay the $30/child Tryout Fee via credit card at our Soccer Store. Payment reserves a spot for your child to participate in tryouts. After making payment, you will receive a 4-digit Order Number. You will need this Order Number in order to complete the Tryout Registration Form in step #2 below.

Complete the online Tryout Registration form. The $30 Tryout Fee must be paid PRIOR to completing this form. |

Determine the appropriate tryout session(s) for your child's age group (see the tryout schedule below). |
| 4. |
Check-in 30 minutes prior to the start of the first tryout session to complete registration process.
- Players should bring a ball, water, and wear soccer attire including shin guards.
- New players need to bring a copy of your Birth Certificate.
- Printed registration, medical, and media release forms will be provided at tryouts. For your reference these forms are available at on line.

At the conclusion of tryouts, players selected to join a team will receive an email with additional information and instructions on how to complete the team registration process, and to make payment for the Club Membership Fees.

The '2009-'10 outdoor season includes both spring and fall league play.
The Club Membership Fee is $945. |

| U12-U14 Boys & Girls |
The '2009-'10 outdoor season includes both spring and fall league play.
The Club Membership Fee is $1095 |

| U15-U19 High School Boys |
The '2009-'10 season includes indoor training, tournament registrations, indoor
and outdoor leagues. This is a joined tryouts with Northbrook Spartan FC.

| U15-U19 High School Girls |
The '2009-'10 outdoor season includes fall league play.
The Club Membership Fee is $675 for Select teams, and $775 for Elite teams. |

|
All players are required to purchase a GSC uniform kit if necessary. Minimum kit starts at $100
