Glenview Soccer Club

All players, including current club members, must tryout.  To register your child for tryouts, please complete the following steps:

1. Please click on the Registration tab to begin the registration process.  Payment of the $30 tryout fee reserves a spot for your child to participate in tryouts.
2. Determine the appropriate tryout sessions for your child's age group (see the tryout schedule below).  
3. Players should attend both sessions.
4. Check-in 30 minutes prior to the start of the first tryout session to complete registration process.
   • Players should bring a ball, water, and wear soccer attire including shin guards.
   • All players must bring a signed medical release. (see form below)
   • New players need to bring a copy of your birth certificate.
5. After teams have been announced, players selected to join a team will receive an email with additional information and instructions on how to complete the team registration process, and to make payment for the Club Membership Fees.

*  New this year - club fees for U8-U14 include pre-season age group practices which begin August 8th.  These practices are not mandatory, but are highly recommended.  Team practices begin on August 15th.

++  High school teams U15 - U19 will have mid summer skills & conditioning camp on Mon, Tues, Thurs & Friday evenings the weeks of July 11th and July 18th. Sessions are not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.  There is no additional charge for these sessions, they are included in club fee.

###  Glenview Soccer Club and Spartan FC have expanded their jointly run Glenbrook United program to include boys teams beginning at age U13. With the phenomenal success of the Glenbrook United teams at the high school level the clubs believe that forming teams from an expanded pool of players, when teams transition to full-sided games, will provide a higher level of competition and development for players at all skill levels.

Glenview Soccer Club will continue to run the girls program and Spartan FC will continue to run the boys program. The Glenbrook United program is managed by a committee that is comprised of directors from both clubs.

ALL NEW PLAYERS U8-U19 for the 2011-12 season are required to purchase a GSC uniform kit.  Standard kit consists of two jerseys, one pair of shorts and two pairs of socks.
